I’m so glad you’re here, even though my heart is heavy about the reason why you’re here. That’s because I know firsthand the devastation that comes after the death of your husband.

Nothing I’ve ever experienced has been more painful and life-altering than the sudden loss of my husband, Keith. That’s because when God takes two people, He makes them “one” in the covenant of marriage. So when separation of that oneness occurs, it tears apart every aspect of your being. How can you possibly continue life without him when you no longer feel whole?

I get it. I’ve been there. One terrifying and heart-wrenching step at a time. My walk through the tumultuous journey of grief has taken me on a path I could never have anticipated. There were days I wasn’t sure I was going to make it. It was just too hard. Too overwhelming. Too much to handle.

But you know, what? I have made it. I survived! And along the way I've learned some valuable lessons. I’ve picked up some practical tools. I’ve discovered healthy ways to cope through the darkness. And now, I want to share those things with you.

By learning how to actively engage and express your grief, you can find strength again. By connecting with a community that understands your struggles, you can find courage, comfort, and yes, even hope.

With my background and training in women’s biblical counseling, I am equipped to bring care to widows like you. To help you navigate the challenges of grief through all its twists and unpredictable turns.

My beliefs are Christ-centered based on the teachings found in the Bible and the content I create will reflect that. However, this community is not a Bible study. Instead, it is a grief support group that can help any widow, regardless of religious beliefs.

I hope you’ll become a part of our community today. Together, we can encourage one another and learn how not just to survive, but thrive in life again.

Much love,
